A Palm Beach County judge revoked the bond Wednesday for the accused fake teen doctor after he was arrested in Virginia last week.
Malachi Love-Robinson, 19, now has a public defender, which is his fourth attorney since he was charged with practicing medicine without a license.
Love-Robinson was arrested Friday in Stafford, Va., on fraud charges after police said he tried to purchase a car using fraudulent employment information.
His public defender is looking into the possibility of transferring the case to the mental health division.
In Palm Beach County, they are waiting on the Virginia court system to make a decision on the fraud charges before Love-Robinson is possibly extradited to Florida. A hearing in Virginia is scheduled for Wednesday.
