Police in New Jersey are warning citizens in the area after a customer found a hypodermic needle in a sweatshirt they purchased at a local Target store.
The Union Beach Police Department said in a Facebook post that it could be a "sick prank" or freak accident, but they hope it's an isolated incident regardless.
