A letter sent to Bright House Network customers this week explains the Charter Communications transaction is moving forward.
The letter starts out with, "soon you will get to know us by our new name, Spectrum."
A spokesman for Charter-Spectrum said the merge should be seamless because it will be done over an 18-month process instead of an immediate switch.
The big question for people like Josephine Fernandez, who just got the letter in the mail, was what will this mean for the bill.
"They really didn't give me any information," she said.
The bundle package on Charter Communications website shows around $90.00 for their special offer, whereas Bright House Networks bundle package is around $122.
It appears Charter is less, but the company would not say if bills will go down for customers, just that they think their packages are a greater value.
Charter says they will now be serving 24 million customers.
