Former sports radio personality Justin Pawlowski accused of soliciting 14-year-old boy

TAMPA, Fla. -- A longtime Tampa Bay sports radio personality is accused of soliciting a 14-year-old boy.

Justin Pawlowski, known as "The Commish" among sports fans, was taken into custody Wednesday following an investigation launched by the Tampa Police Department. According to detectives, the 37-year-old sent a picture of his genitals to what he believed to be a 14-year-old boy.

Pawlowski also expressed interest in meeting with the boy on several occasions and suggested he was interested in engaging in sexual acts with him, according to Tampa Police. He was charged with unlawful use of a two-way communications device, using computer services to solicit a minor and transmission of material harmful to a minor.

Pawlowski was formerly with WDAE-AM 620 and 98.7 FM The Fan.

Prior to the arrest, he hosted a podcast called Bucs Uncensored.
