A 24-year-old Tampa man turned $5 into $1 million by winning the Florida Lottery's GOLD RUSH CLASSIC scratch-off game.

Cesar Arteaga Roque chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $705k.

Arteaga Roque purchased his winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 824 West Waters Avenue in Tampa.

The retailer will get a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.

This news comes just one day after another Tampa resident claimed the $1 million prize in the LUCK scratch-off game.
