SARASOTA, Fla. — For the first time, Sarasota city leaders are developing a citywide transportation master plan and now they need your help.
Leaders are in the third phase of "Sarasota in Motion" and will be holding two workshops on Tuesday.

The goal is to develop a plan for how the city invests in infrastructure and achieves goals regarding transportation.
• Open house No. 1: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bayfront Community Center, 803 N. Tamiami Trail
• Open house No. 2: 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Robert L. Taylor Community Complex, 1845 34th St.
This Summer, city leaders and a consultant will develop and finalize the transportation master plan and present that information to the City Commission.
