A St. Petersburg man is now in jail for transmitting child pornography and committing sexual battery, stemming from a sexual relationship with a teenage girl, according to police.
Antonio Frank Burns, 39, was arrested Monday at his duplex on 19th Avenue South in St. Petersburg.
According to arrest records, the victim was just 14-years-old when Burns started having sex with her back in 2013.
At the time, according to police, Burns was living with the girl's mother and was considered a guardian.
Investigators say the girl eventually got pregnant and had a baby.
Officers say he also sent a sexually-charged video of the young teen online using Facebook's messenger app.
An arrest affidavit states that he sent the video twice, the last time in August 2016.
Clearwater Police would not comment Tuesday how they discovered the video or the abuse.
Burns is in the Pinellas County Jail with a $105,000 bond.
