Two men caught burglarizing Brandon Crossroads Bowl last week are now being accused of stealing nearly 50 guns during a burglary at an ACE Hardware in Lithia.

Deputies say 20-year-old Garrett Mitchell and 33-year-old Christopher Jenke broke into the store on April 7, stealing 46 guns.

"It's a relief to know that they got these guys and they got these guns. That's the biggest part," store owner, Billy Atchison, said.

Deputies searched Mitchell's home Wednesday, May 3 where they found 39 guns. 25 of the guns were traced back to the ACE store by their serial numbers.14 guns had the serial numbers removed, but deputies say the make, model and caliber match the inventory of the missing weapons.

Deputies also found a gun with the serial numbers removed on Mitchell when they arrested him at the bowling alley on April 28.
