Wine Pairings 101

Sea Salt sommelier Jackie Eash and Chef Ken Tufo give us a lesson in wine pairings!

First course: Muscadet. Dry white wine from the Loire Valley on France. Classic pairing with oysters.

Second course: Chardonnay based bubbles. Crisp, clean, palate cleansing but still with a pleasant roundness that comes from Chardonnay.

Third Course: Madieria. Fascinating dessert wine from Portugal. Great with chocolate.
