If you wanted a cocktail in the 1920s, you’d ask for a “giggle water”; an alcoholic beverage. When owners Richie Wilson & Rachel Fine moved to FL from Brooklyn in 2015, they decided to create a speakeasy-style place that celebrated the prohibition era with some modern twists. Richie & Rachel are best known for their work in TV. Richie spent 17 yrs as Howard Stern’s Producer & Rachel hosted TV shows for Howard TV & The Travel Channel.
