Some say they've waited more than a year

Dr. Lisa Luckey calls the level of stress unreal. Premier Pools broke ground in her backyard 15 months ago. Today the pool is a muddy shell and much work needs to be done.

The Luckeys say the company has stalled and given every excuse not to finish the job. They say so far they’ve paid the company $110,000.

Also in Land O’ Lakes, Dr. Shirley Davis says Premier Pools dug up her property 14 months ago. Her pool sits far from completion as well.

More than a year after we first exposed issues with Premier Pools and their troubled former president, Trevor Summers, five customers tell us the problems remain.

Premier's current president of one year David Nail blames Summers, who pled guilty to federal fraud charges for leaving the company in a financial hole they have yet to dig out of. Nail says the company plans to complete all the pools within the next two months.

After our meeting with Nail, the company returned to work on Lisa Luckey's pool. Her teenage son Robert says it won't be soon enough.

Davis says she no longer trusts Premier Pools to do the job and has filed suit against the company for breach of contract. Both customers are among those who've formally complained to state regulators but so far no action has been taken.
