T-Mobile's ad caught Wilfredo Delvalle's attention. Wilfredo and his wife made the switch to T-Mobile to take advantage of the buy one get one free iPhone.Plus Delvalle says T-Mobile offered to buy his old phones.

But after the store inspected and shipped the traded in devices T-Mobile reported a problem.

This customer says T-Mobile claimed one of the phones had a cracked screen even though the paper work indicates the company agreed to buy both Wilfredo and his wife's phones for $360.

Delvalle says he called and even went to the store in person but they would not budge and refused to send back the traded in phones.

After hearing from the couple and looking over their paper work we contacted T-Mobile. The company promised to investigate.

Two days later Delvalle got a call from T-Mobile saying they would pay for the trade ins. Within a week the company sent the couple a gift card for $400.

Now he can get back to the business of playing Pokemon and surfing Facebook instead of chasing his cell phone carrier for money.
