To pick the best card pick one that matches your needs. Are you a cash seeker, reward hound or a maximizer, looking to stack your rewards by carrying multiple cards?

The Blue Cash Preferred pays 6 percent back on the first $6000 worth of groceries a year plus 3 percent at U-S gas stations. But it comes with an annual fee of 95 dollars.
Bank Americard Travel Rewards and Barclay Card Arrival Plus World Elite took top honors when it comes to best travel rewards.
Bank Americard offers 1. 5 percent cash back on travel miles and a sign up bonus of $200. The Barclay Card comes with a 40,000 mile signing bonus, double rewards miles and an annual fee of 89 dollars.
For those looking to dig out of debt or finance a purchase. Money ranks the Lake Michigan Credit Union Prime Platinum card as number one. It offers a 6.5 interest rate that beats out all rival cards. Coming in second the Chase Slate Card has the longest period of zero balance on a transfer. 15 months then it shoots up to 15 percent.
