Friday, October 4

First Friday in St. Pete

When: 5:30 p.m.
Where: Downtown St. Pete
Cost: Free
Info: On the first Friday of every month, the heart of downtown becomes St. Pete’s biggest block party. First Friday St. Pete gets rolling on Central Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Street. The party starts at 5:30 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m. Your admission is free, the music is live, and vendors and restaurants offer a wide variety of food and drink.

Peppa Pig Live

When: 6 p.m.
Where: Ruth Eckerd Hall at 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater

Tampa Bay Coffee and Art Festival

Info: Experience the craft, culture, and community of Florida coffee at The Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival. TBCAF will be hosting Coffee Roasters from all over the Sunshine State, coming to bring you their finest craft coffee to try, and to share their knowledge and experiences with you. Coffee panels are open to all attendees this year. They will be hosted by some of Florida’s most knowledgeable roasters. Whether you are just starting in coffee, are a novice crafter, or a professional connoisseur, there is something to be learned that will assist you in your coffee exploration. Art vendors, everywhere! Come and see all of the different mediums these talented vendors will be bringing to their tables. Warning, you might be walking away with more than you were expecting! Live music will fill the air. Soft acoustic acts indoors, and full bands outside.

Baby Shark Live

Where: Straz Center for the Performing Arts at 1010 N Macinnes Place, Tampa

Info: This one is for the kiddos! Take an adventure into the sea with Baby Shark as he joins up with his friend Pinkfong to sing and dance through some of your favorite new and classic songs! Baby Shark Live! is a state of the art enchanting kids spectacular. In this one of a kind concert experience, young fans will be dancing in the aisles as Baby Shark and friends go on fun adventures to learn and meet new friends!

Sarasota Water Lantern Festival

Friends, families, neighbors, and lots of people that you haven't met can come together to create a peaceful, memorable experience. What's included? Each adult ticket comes with a floating lantern, commemorative drawstring bag, marker, wristband and lantern retrieval. The price also covers the cost of collecting and removing the lanterns from the water following the event as well as cleaning up any trash that may have been previously been in or around the water.
