TAMPA, Fla. — If you're looking for something fun to do this weekend (May 3-5), there's plenty of action happening around the Tampa Bay area.

Friday, May 3

Family Fun: Pizza Party
When: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Where: Sur la Table at 711 South Dakota Ave, Tampa
Cost: $49

10th Annual Clearwater Beach Taste Fest
When: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Where: 429 Poinsettia Ave, Clearwater Beach
Cost: $35 for ages 13 and up, $15 for ages 6-12, 5 and under get in free
Info: This event will feature tastings from over 30 participating restaurants, wine & craft beer, and live entertainment from the extraordinarily diverse musical group – C’Nergy Band.

Indigo Girls
When: 8 p.m.
Where: Ruth Ekerd Hall at 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater
Cost: $38.25

Tampa International Fringe Festival
When: May 2-11
Where: Ybor City, Tampa
Cost: $8 and up per show
Info: Welcome to the THIRD ANNUAL Tampa International Fringe Festival! There will be 26 shows participating in the festival this year, with five performances each! The shows take place in various venues in Ybor.
You’ll be able to see everything from comedy to musicals to cultural performances from around the world!

Tampa Riverfest
When: May 3-4
Where: Tampa Riverwalk

Info: The 5th Annual Tampa Riverfest is a FREE community event celebrating the Tampa waterfront. Event will include a full concert line-up, Wiener Dog Derby, Gasparilla Stand-up Paddle board Invasion, Tampa Bay Pride Band, TacoFest, Beer Bars, Margarita Bar, a Blessing of the Fleet, Taste of the Riverwalk, Hillsborough County School kid performances, and much more. Additionally, many of the venues, museums, bars, and restaurants along the Riverwalk will be activated with special activities that day.

Saturday, May 4

Gasparilla SUP Invasion
When: 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Where: Water Works Park at 1710 N. Highland Ave, Tampa
Cost: $50
Info: Paddlers invade Downtown Tampa in the fifth annual Gasparilla Stand Up Paddleboard Invasion. Kayak, Outrigger Canoe and Surfski paddle races are also available as well. Choose from 10K or 5K, and team and kids races will also be a part of the event.

Treat Yourself Like a Queen Women’s Expo
When: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Where: The Mall at UTC at 140 University Town Center Dr, Sarasota
Cost: Free
Info: Bring your mothers, girlfriends or daughters for a day of pampering and enjoy live entertainment, hair and makeup styling sessions, mommy massages, speak with doctors and health professionals, product samplings, food and beverage samplings, a fashion show, raffle prizes and more! Register to have access to the VIP area with wine tastings, a painting class, photo booth, and appetizers. The VIP Experience Registration is FREE, and it will serve 500 women, but only the first 250 registrants will arrive will receive a glam bag full of swag.

St. Pete Beach Beer Fest
When: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Where: 7701 Boca Ciega Dr, St. Pete Beach

Info: More than 50 beers from National and Local craft breweries will be available for your sampling pleasure. Set directly on the intercostal waterway of St. Pete Beach; enjoy tasting some of the best craft beers while enjoying the incredible waterside setting with a live band for entertainment. There will be delicious food options available for purchase from various food trucks. In addition, there will be beers to sample from Tampa Bay area homebrew clubs and voting for the award of best of the beach.

The Derby Party
When: 3 p.m.
Where: American Social Tampa at 601 S Harbour Island Blvd Suite 107, Tampa
Cost: $30 for women, $40 for men
Info: The 13 Ugly Men are at it again, this time benefiting CASA St. Petersburg. Celebrate the day with Mint Juleps, live bands, indoor DJ’s, craft beer, high-end whiskey, and a one-of-a-kind day in Tampa! This party will be inside and outside, with a tented dock space and multiple entertainment activities throughout the day.

Sunday, May 5

Savor the Tropics: Exotic Food & Wine Fest
When: 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Where: USF Botanical Gardens at 12210 USF Pine Dr, Tampa

MercyMe: Image Nation Tour
