Friday, March 29

Dunedin Family FunFest

When: 6 p.m.
Where: Highlander Park at 903 Michigan Blvd, Dunedin

Info: Dunedin Parks & Recreation invites all ages to enjoy this free, family event with games, inflatables, music, food options and the movie ‘Space Jam.’ The film begins at dark and will be shown on a large, outdoor movie screen. Make sure to bring a chair or blanket!

Astros vs. Rays

When: 7:10 p.m.
Where: Tropicana Field at 1 Tropicana Dr., St. Petersburg

Info: Set to coincide with a highly anticipated new album release, John Mellencamp will embark on a 2019 tour of The John Mellencamp Show which will feature the rock icon’s classics plus some new material. The Insane Inflatable 5K

Info: The Insane Inflatable 5K is heading to Tampa this weekend! It’s a fun and dynamic 5K made up mostly of inflatable obstacles. The workout challenges you to a 3.1 mile obstacle course featuring bounces houses, ball pits, ball mazes, slides, and more. Each venue provides its own unique terrain and running experience. The race kicks off Saturday, March 30 at 8:30 a.m. at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Tickets start at $57.

2019 Tampa Pride Diversity Parade & Festival

Where: 7th Avenue, Ybor City

Info: The 5th annual Tampa Pride Diversity Parade kicks off Saturday, March 30 in Ybor City! The street festival and entertainment will begin at 9:45 a.m. with a special community tribute at 12 p.m. in front of Centro Ybor. Join the crowd along historic Ybor to cheer the floats and marching bands as the parade steps off at 1 p.m. along 7th Avenue and Nuccio Parkway. When the street festival and parade are over, the fun moves indoors! Sponsored bars and restaurants will include specials throughout the night with live music.

Taste of the Cuban Sandwich!
