TAMPA BAY, Fla. - Tampa Bay has recently won the title of ‘best place to live’ in Florida!
Four of the top five best neighborhoods to live in the Sunshine State are right here in Tampa Bay, according to the ranking and review site Niche.
Harbour Island clinched the top spot at No. 1. Spanishtown, which resides outside of Downtown Tampa, came in second place.

West of the University of Tampa is Courier City/Oscawana, which ranked third on the list. Gorgeous Hyde Park claimed No. 4.
Orlando’s Orwin Manor finished out at No. 5.
All four of the Tampa locations received an A+ rating by Niche for safety, housing, family living, public schools, jobs, and local amenities.
Out of 228 ranked cities, Niche also rated Clearwater as the No. 2 best city to retire.
