Burger King is launching a 'scary, special edition' sandwich featuring a green bun.
The Nightmare King is reportedly 'clinically proven to induce nightmares.'
According to the restaurant, in a study in partnership with Paramount Trials and Florida Sleep & Neuro Diagnostic Services, Inc. and Goldforest Inc., nightmares increased by 3.5 times after participants ate the sandwich.
The sandwich features 1/4 lb. of flame-grilled beef, a crispy chicken fillet, melted American cheese, thick cut bacon, mayonnaise and onions all on a glazed green sesame seed bun.
The Nightmare King will be available for a limited time beginning October 22 at a recommended price of $6.39. Postmates will offer the Nightmare King from October 22 through November 1 with free delivery.
