“Breakfast Station started in 1995, and since then, we’ve been able to grow to have 13 locations in the state of Florida,” said Alex Challis, managing partner for the Breakfast Station in Crystal River.
The train-themed restaurant offers a small-town feel with fast and friendly service. Try signature dishes like Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes and Crunch Toast, which is thick-cut Texas toast dipped in French toast batter, coated in Captain Crunch cereal and deep fried.

Aside from serving delicious food, Breakfast Station wants to ensure all their guests feel at home.
“When you come in, you’re family,” said Challis. “We encourage our employees to learn everyone’s first names because—hey, when you come in, we want you to feel welcome.”
