The Tampa Bay Rays will host the Seattle Mariners for a weekend series at Tropicana Field. First pitch is Friday night at 7:10 p.m.

2017 St. Pete Open - 52nd Annual Spearfishing Tournament
The world’s largest spearfish tournament kicks off in St. Pete this weekend. Thousands of divers, over 50 years, have taken part in the St Pete Open, making it the premier spearfishing event in the world. This event lasts until Sunday at Magnuson Hotel Marina Cove.

Who’s excited for Monster Jam!? Fans will get to enjoy monster trucks, racing, wheelies and of course more action at Monster Jam! The event kicks off at Amalie Arena on Saturday at 1 p.m. with a second show starting at 7 p.m. Tickets begin at $15.
Silent Disco at Tampa Museum of Art
Get ready to dance as the Tampa Museum of Art brings back Silent Disco! Silent Discos require dancers to wear wireless headphones that pick up the music instead of a speaker system. Attendees will choose from three DJ stations at the switch of a button. Listeners will only hear the music being played on their selected station for a personalized experience. It starts at 8 p.m.
Tampa Topgolf Tour Regional Tournament
Attention golfers! Topgolf Tour is the ultimate 2-person team competition that offers the everyday golfer a chance to win a trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas and $50,000. There are only 68 team spots at each regional tournament so make sure you register early. Your squad could be representing Team Tampa at the Championship in Las Vegas! Attention lobster lovers! The Tampa Bay Lobster Festival begins Saturday and runs through Sunday at Kapok Special Events Center in Clearwater. Nearly 2,000 Maine lobsters will be served throughout the weekend. The first 200 online tickets sold receive a Maine lobster dinner and admission to the event for only $20. The world's largest, most elaborate display of LEGO art is in Downtown Tampa! The exhibition titled 'The Art of the Brick' features 100 incredible artworks made out of LEGO bricks by award winning artist Nathan Sawaya. The Art of the Brick will be on display at 802 East Whiting Street through Monday, September 4. The exhibit is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
