It’s easy to feel like you’ve been missing out if you don’t have a warehouse club membership. Not only do Sam’s Club and Costco have some unique food items and other products you can’t find anywhere else, but you can save a ton of money by purchasing things you use often in bulk, for your kitchen and the rest of your home.

If you have a Sam’s Club nearby and have been waiting for the chance to get a membership, this might be your lucky opportunity, because for a limited time, you can get $50 in savings with a new membership.

To get the deal, just head to Sam’s Club’s website and enter your email address. You’ll then receive a promo code. You can join online or in-club once you have your promo code.

The offer is only good for new members, not those renewing a membership. A Sam’s Club membership costs $45, plus tax in some locations, and you must sign up before Oct. 20, 2019, to qualify.

The $50 comes in the form of a $20 Sam’s Club gift card plus $30 in instant savings on select items. The instant savings are loaded to your membership card within 72 hours and expire 30 days after membership activation. The gift card will be issued at the same time as your membership card if you’re joining in-club or as an eGiftCard in five to seven days if you’re joining online. The gift card cannot be used to pay for membership fees or select services.

Along with the $20 Sam’s Club gift card, here’s how the other savings (which actually add up to $31.98) break down:

  • One free loaf of French bread or a baguette, a $2.98 value.
  • Member’s Mark soups for 48 cents each when you buy two. The retail value of the soup is around $5.98 each, so you’ll get $5.50 off, a savings of $11.
  • $9 off each Member’s Mark prepared entree (such as the chicken enchiladas pictured below) when you buy two. The entrees are normally $9.98, so you’ll be getting two for less than $2, saving $18.

With immediate deals on fresh bread, soup and entrees, it sounds like you’ll have dinner ready to go in no time if you join!
