He's back! Ryan Seacrest confirmed to host 'American Idol' on ABC

He's Back! Ryan Seacrest has confirmed what we all anticipated; he will host "American Idol" for the show's first season on ABC. 

The show tweeted out a voice memo from Seacrest saying "This... is... American Idol and I'm your host, Ryan Seacrest. Yeah, that felt good, I think I still got it."

Seacrest also announced the news Thursday on "Live with Kelly and Ryan."
