TAMPA, Fla. — A driver died in a crash early Monday morning on the I-275 ramp to the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
According to Tampa Police, a driver crashed around 2:11 a.m. near the westbound ramp onto the Courtney Campbell Causeway from the I-275 exit ramp.
Officers have yet to released the name and age of the driver.
The westbound entrance onto the Courtney Campbell Causeway from the I-275 exit ramp was closed for several hours as police investigated the crash.
