Some of the stars slated to appear include George Strait, Oprah Winfrey, Beyonce, George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Jamie Foxx, Tori Kelly, Matt Lauer, Rob Lowe, Matthew McConaughey, Adam Sandler, Blake Shelton and many others.

Strait is doing a live performance as the finale. He'll be in San Antonio, Texas.

Funds raised will go to United Way of Greater Houston, Save the Children, Habitat for Humanity, Feeding Texas, Direct Relief and The Mayor's Fund for Hurricane Harvey Relief.

Harvey, a Category 4 hurricane, made landfall Aug. 25, 2017 in Southern Texas and the floods that came with it were catastrophic to many parts of the state, including Houston. It dropped a record 52 inches of rain and killed 60 people.

The United States is still bracing for more destruction as Hurricane Irma churns toward Florida and the east coast. As of Tuesday, Sept. 5, the National Hurricane Center said it was still too far out to determine an exact path.

Florida Governor Rick Scott made a state of emergency declaration for all of the state's counties on Monday in order to ensure funds would be available to help if Irma strikes hard.
