Intense flooding causing some roads to become impassable.

Hurricane Hermine causes Mariners Cove residents to evacuate. Nicole Grigg is at Mariners Cove Mobile Home Park, where residents are trying to salvage their belongings.
Hurricane Hermine is expected to make landfall in Florida's Panhandle late tonight.
Erik Waxler is in the area of Shell Point Beach, where evacuations are underway.
High tide hit St. Pete Beach hard on Thursday. Cars tried powering through standing water and some familes have been cut off from their neighborhoods.
