Drone footage recorded Tuesday in Boca Raton captured a group of manatees enjoying their day in the warm South Florida waters.
Ryan Jones, a free-lance photographer and Iraq War veteran, said he shot the video over the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton.

Jones was flying his drone to get some shots of the sunrise. In the process, he recorded video of a family of eight manatees, including two calves, swimming north.
“It was an absolutely perfect catch!” said Jones.
