A U.S. military veteran managed to fend off a robber who came into his store brandishing what appeared to be a handgun, and it was all caught on video.
The suspect came into a Brevard County gas station and demanded money, handing a plastic bag to the clerk. What he didn't account for was that the clerk was a veteran who served multiple tours in Iraq. The tables quickly turned.
(You can see the surveillance video in the player above.)
The veteran managed to grab the gun and disarm the would-be robber, only to learn it was an air-soft revolver.
The suspect took off running and hopped into a older-model, maroon four-door sedan with a white top. He managed to get away, but Brevard County officials encourage you to contact them at 321-264-5210 if you have any info about the incident.
