KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A missing child alert has been issued for a 14-year-old girl who hasn't been seen in three weeks.
Tiara Blankenship went missing on Aug. 6 and was last seen in the 4900 block of Dunmore Lane in Kissimmee.
She is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is about 5'0" and weighs 130 lbs.
