Hurricane Matthew leaves hundreds of thousands without power across Florida

More than 300,000 Florida residents are without power due to Hurricane Matthew.

Florida Power and Light is reporting over one million customers affected in Miami-Dade.

There are few outages in the Tampa Bay area. As of 6:45 a.m., there were around 1,500 outages reported. 

At this time, Brevard County has over 100,000 customers without power.
