A Fort Walton Beach man called the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office on Sunday morning to report that someone had stolen a "baggie of cocaine" and cash from his car.

David Blackmon, 32, identified himself as a drug dealer when he called 911 to report the crime.

Blackmon told the responding deputy that someone entered his car while it was parked on Ed Street and stole $50.00 and about a quarter ounce of cocaine off the center console of his car.

When the deputy looked in the vehicle, he spotted the cocaine in the same spot Blackmon reported the cocaine missing.

The deputy also found a crack pipe on the floorboard by the driver's door and a crack rock on the center console by the cocaine.

The money was not found.

Blackmon has been charged with possession of cocaine, resisting arrest without violence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
