ORIGINAL STORY:
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a Missing Child Alert for a 16-year-old Alachua County boy.
Christopher Carr was last seen in the 1500 block of NW 57th Street in Gainesville.
Authorities say Carr is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Carr was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, a light colored t-shirt, and blue jeans or dark colored pants.

The FDLE has not released any additional information about the circumstances of Carr's disappearance.
