An underwear burglar was caught red-handed in Panama City.
Isitro Sanches, 58, of Panama City, is accused of leaving underwear in a woman's unlocked car and even stealing some of her underwear from her home.
Bay County deputies say it all started in January 2017. Sanches reportedly left the woman notes in her car and found her own stolen underwear on her porch. A letter was left in her home as well.
Earlier this month, the victim's boyfriend caught Sanches inside of the home, and identified him to police as a neighbor.
Deputies arrested Sanches and charged him with stalking and burglary.
