The Coast Guard is searching for a man who reportedly went overboard Monday morning from the Carnival Elation cruise.
Carnival Elation was traveling from Jacksonville, Fla., to their first port of call in Nassau, Bahamas.
The ship was about 15 miles southwest of Abaco, Bahamas, when the 24-year-old man was seen going overboard from the 11th deck on the ships closed circuit TV around 8:30 a.m. Monday morning.
A MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from the Coast Guard Air Station in Clearwater and another planes are helping with the search.
