MILWAUKEE, WI — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old girl missing from Wisconsin and she could be headed to Florida with a 33-year-old man who is considered armed and dangerous.

“Dariaz L Higgins did not return [two-year-old] Noelani J. Robinson to her mother,” according to the Amber Alert and was last seen driving a black 2014 Cadillac SUV with Florida license plate tag HVCZ95. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Higgins reportedly did not return Noelani to her mother as planned.

Higgins has ties to Florida and possibly Las Vegas, Nevada, according to the Amber Alert.

If anyone sees Higgins or the Noelani, they should not attempt to make contact and call 911 immediately.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Milwaukee Police Department at (414) 935-7302. More information here.
