Tampa resident Amanda Grau was wounded at Pulse nightclub in Orlando.
ABC Action News reached Grau's brother, Philip, via phone Monday.
He told ABC Action News his sister remains in the trauma unit and is speaking with the FBI.
The family declined further comment.
Friends of Grau have set a up this GoFundMe page to help pay for her recovery.
