The Tampa Police homicide detectives are searching for a suspect involved in shooting that left one man dead.
O'Shay Lindsey Vondel Lewis and David Williams Jr. were traveling south on Armenia Avenue near Alva Street in a 2006 Nissan Altima on Sunday, September 17 at approximately 3 a.m.
Unidentified suspect(s) pulled up alongside the victims' vehicle and fired multiple shots into the driver's side door. The driver of the Altima, Lewis, was pronounced dead on the scene. Williams Jr., the rear seat passenger, was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) in the case and to determine what led up to the fatal shooting.
