In an effort to help students with school supplies after school has begun, Elder Ford of Tampa and Chick-Fil-A are hosting a Stuff-A-Truck event on Aug. 27.
Donations will go to the Hillsborough Education Foundation Teaching Tools Store to help local teachers provide students with school supplies all year long.
Anyone who donates will receive a free coupon for Chick-Fil-A.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 3019 Cove Bend Drive in Tampa.
The following supplies are needed:
Glue sticks
Backpacks
Notebooks
Highlighters
Index cards
Children's books
Tissue paper
Hand sanitizer
Shampoo
Bar soap
Kids socks
Kids underwear
