Missing Endangered Adult: Tampa police search for 60-year-old Tampa man with dementia

Tampa Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing and endangered man.

Police say that 60-year-old Rudolph Jack Johnson, of Tampa, suffers from dementia and walked away from the Living With Friends assisted living facility where he lives late Monday morning. 

Johnson was then last seen in the area of E. 26th Avenue and 26th Street at approximately 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Police say that Johnson frequents the Belmont Heights neighborhood.

Johnson has a thin build, salt and pepper hair and a short black and grey beard. He stands 5-foot-11-inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green plaid button-up shirt, khaki shorts and white shoes.
