Man shot, killed after argument in street, Tampa police search for suspect on the run

TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Police have identified the man they say was shot and killed by another man after an argument in the street on Wednesday night. 

At approximately 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, Tampa Police responded to a reported shooting in the 8100 block of N Mulberry St.  

Upon their arrival, Sergio Rashad Green, 27, was found with upper body trauma and was transported to the hospital where he died from his wounds.  

Police say the victim and suspect were involved in an argument in the street when the suspect fired a gun in the direction of the victim and the suspect ran from the scene. 

At this time, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
