Starting Sunday at 9:00 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., department crews will begin inspection and cleaning of the sewer pipes located in downtown Tampa within the following boundaries:
- North boundary - East Washington Street
- South boundary - East Zack Street
- East boundary - South Nebraska Avenue
- West boundary - North Pierce Street
Temporary lane closures will occur where the crew are working and all lanes will reopen upon completion.
They will start at the intersection of East Washington and South Nebraska Avenue and work their way north/northwest.
Signage and barricades will be in place to alert drivers of the closed lanes and work areas. This work will continue nightly through Thursday, June 16th.
