Hillsborough County deputies are working to extricate the driver of a minivan from underneath a semitractor-trailer in Tampa after an early morning crash.
Around 4:08 a.m. Monday morning, emergency crews were dispatched to E. Hillsborough Avenue and Harney Road for reports of a vehicle crash with injuries.
All lanes have reopened following the crash.
