A U.S. Central Command employee is accused of trying to arrange a sexual rendezvous with an undercover agent he thought was a 14-year-old.

Philip Carl Olsen, 55, of Lithia, faces a charge of attempted enticement of a child for illegal sexual activity, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Between Friday and Tuesday Olsen used a cellphone and computer to chat with an undercover officer he thought was a young teenager, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He’s accused of discussing sex acts he wanted to engage in with the undercover agent and sent pictures of his genitals, asking the agent to do the same.

Olsen made plans to meet the agent, still thinking it was a child, and drove to home, where he was arrested, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
