Tampa Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Tampa.
Police tell Action News Christopher Solomon, 40, heard what sounded like a forced entry at the back door of the home where he lives at 2110 N Central Ave.
Solomon told police he grabbed his gun and went downstairs to find a stranger in his kitchen.
Solomon told police he feared for his life and fired several shots at the intruder.
The shooting happened just before 1 p.m.
He has not been arrested or charged.
