UPDATE | 5:15 p.m.--
Erik Martin has been found and he is safe. An officer spotted him at the Subway restaurant at 9th Ave North and 49th Street.
ORIGINAL STORY | Police are looking for a missing and possibly endangered 22-year-old in St. Petersburg.
Erik Martin was last seen at the P.A.R.C. facility at 3190 75th St. North at 10:30 a.m.
He recently moved to the area from another country, and is described as intellectually disabled with limited social skills.
He is 5'8" tall and weighs 110 lbs. He has blue eyes, brown, close-cut hair and was last seen wearing a grey polo shirt with orange stripes and black pants.
