A severe traffic crash in Riverview left two people dead.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reports two vehicles collided on Bell Shoals Road just north of Boyette Road on Thursday night.
Two people in one vehicle died at the scene. Paramedics transported the driver of the second vehicle to a local hospital with injuries that are not expected to be life-threatening.
Deputies expect to release the names of the victims and what caused the crash Friday, pending notification of next of kin.
The road will remain closed until early Friday morning as deputies investigate the crash.
