The body of a 23-year-old woman was found on the side of the road near Terra Ceia State Park on Tuesday afternoon.
Manatee County deputies found Jordan Finlon around 1:30 p.m. along the the 8600-block of Bishop Road.
Authorities said they have evidence that points to "foul play." The case remains under investigation, and an autopsy will determine how Finlon died.
