BRADENTON, Fla. — Two 14-year-old boys were arrested after police said they were involved in a murder.
Police said around 4:24 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to the 1800 block of MLK Ave E for a report of a body found in a car.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 17-year-old boy dead in the car.
Detectives said the victim died from a gunshot wound.
Detectives interviewed several witnesses and gathered surveillance from nearby locations.
Through leads, detectives were able to identify two suspects involved in the murder.
Two 14-year-old boys were arrested and charged for the murder.
This is an ongoing investigation.
