MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol says they're speaking to a person of interest in a hit-and-run that killed a 15-year-old early Wednesday morning.
Troopers say Thomas Jaren Croumbley, 15, was skateboarding on Upper Manatee River Road when he was hit by a truck.

The truck and driver, who troopers say is a person of interest, were located on Thursday morning.
