A Sarasota man is behind bars after he was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual battery on a child.
Fernando A. Palomino, 45, reportedly told his 16-year-old restaurant employee that he was a massage therapist before he sexually battered her.
The victim told police that Palomino had become flirtatious with her before he abused her.
Palomino works at the Inkanto Peruvian Restaurant located on South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.
Detectives think there could be additional victims.
