A "mass casualty incident" involving four patients shut down a street in Sarasota County. Thursday afternoon.
Officials say it involved two vehicles and four patients total, three of which are entrapped and are trauma alerts.
McIntosh Rd. is shut down South of Sarasota Square Blvd. and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
Action Air 1 is flying to the scene.
